Fisk Cemetery is located on the corner of Turney Ranch Trail and Roll Road in Foster Township, Ogemaw
County, Michigan. Property originally belonged to William Hubbell, who homesteaded in the area. It was
believed that two babies who died of diptheria were buried there and possibly one adult male. The land
itself went back to the State of Michigan for unpaid taxes in 1927. In 1996, the Department of Natural
Resources plowed through the unkept cemetery and planted trees. It currently sits inside the Kirtland Warbler
Preserve. There are no remaining grave markers.
