WEST BRANCH AREA - FIRST ONE HUNDRED YEARS was written in 1975 by the Historical
Centennial Committee to coincide with Ogemaw's celebration of the county's formation in 1875.
The booklet contains 59 pages, with many photographs and much effort to combine documented records
with local traditions to establish the first published history of the area. The following index has been provided by Grace Dooley, who reserves all rights.
