OGEMAW COUNTY LIBRARIES


There are two main public libraries in Ogemaw County: West Branch Public Library and Ogemaw
District Library (with the main library in Rose City and branches in Prescott and Skidway Lake). All libraries
have a Genealogy Section, with the West Branch and Rose City buildings each having Ogemaw newspapers on microfilm.

Main Library also has available a genealogy room maintained by the Rose City Area Historical Society.

LDS FAMILY HISTORY CENTER

THE LDS FAMILY HISTORY CENTER HAS NOW BEEN CLOSED
Former Latter Day Saints History Center Genealogist Donnie Boursaw is now available to assist researchers
on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Rose City Area Historical Society room in the Ogemaw District Library in Rose City.
Many LDS research aids are available in this research center.
