There are two main public libraries in Ogemaw County: West Branch Public Library and Ogemaw
District Library (with the main library in Rose City and branches in Prescott and Skidway Lake). All libraries
have a Genealogy Section, with the West Branch and Rose City buildings each having Ogemaw newspapers on microfilm.

on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Rose City Area Historical Society room in the Ogemaw District Library in Rose City.
