The Coopersville Observer March 22, 1883: OBITUARY - Died, in Wright township, March 17, 1883, Mary Ann Washburn, after an illness of only six days, aged fifty eight years. The deceased was born in St. Lawrence county, N.Y., April 26, 1825. Her maiden name was Lawton. In 1845 she with her first husband, D.W.
