Myrtle Louise Dutcher, 72, died 17 January 2008 in Sun City Center, Hillsborough County, Florida.

She was born 9 November 1935 in Grand Haven, Michigan and moved to Ruskin area in 1979.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Dutcher.

Survivors: Six children, Rick and Ron Van Heest of Grand Haven, MI; Bonnie Smith of Winter Haven, FL; Jerry Dutcher of Lebanon, NJ; Howard Dutcher of Phillipsburg, NJ, and Robert Dutcher of Fort Meade, FL; two brothers, James and Michael Hyde of Grand Haven, MI; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service, 3 p.m., Monday, 21 January 2008 at Lewers Funeral Home, Ruskin, FL. Memorial donations may be made to Life Path Hospice (formerly a hospice founded in medieval times as a rest haven for weary travelers, usually run by a religious order. Today, it is a place for the terminally ill.)
