Holland Sentinel, August 21, 1911

Henry Green, formerly of this city, dropped dead while at work south of Allegan. Green was 45 years old. Death was due to heart failure. He was a resident of Holland until 12 years ago. A widow and two sons, Ora and Charles, survive him. Green was a veteran of the Civil War.

The funeral will be held Monday at 2 o’clock from the home of his son, Charles, in this city at 98 West Eighth Street’

(Henry Green was a member of the 138^th Indiana Infantry, Co. F. He is buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.)
