  • Railroads 
    A new project on the railroads in our area is being  conducted by Carl Bajema, professor at Grand Valley State University.  Anyone having photos or information on people who worked for the railroad, especially in the surrounding counties - Muskegon, Kent, etc. - this includes the Interurban lines, the Pere Marquette, the G.R. and Indiana, etc.  If you have a relative, etc. or if you know of anyone having information, especially photos of the person in uniform or of a section crew, please contact Mr. Bajema.

  • Lake Forest Cemetery, Grand Haven - Potter's Field

    Chuck Fuller is working on listing all the names of those buried in Potter's Field in Lake Forest Cemetery.  He has approximately 800 names  He is collecting obituaries, news articles, etc. on anyone buried there.  He is looking for information from anyone who has an ancestor buried there.  If you do, please contact him at:
