The committee on plans and specifications for the new building made the following report. That an addition 28 feet square be built upon the north side of the present building commencing at east side of second window from west end and running east 28 feet with front door like the one in the present building with folding doors 16 feet wide to connect with the school room we now have. Roof to be at right angles with roof of the present building, two windows on east, north and west side. That entrey be changed as shown in diagram. Herewith presented, and in all rispects not mentioned to be in accordance with ground floor, the addition to be of hight finish and material same as the building we now occupy. Moved and suported to amend the report by having suitable arrangements for the heating and ventilation of both rooms by furnace of sufficient capacity. Page 76 Motion made and supported that the report of the committee as amended be adopted - carried. Moved and supported that the district issue - four bonds of two hundred dollars each - bearing interest at six per cent per annum, one of such bonds payable each year. The first one payable, February 1, 1894 - carried. Moved and suported that the meeting now proceed to ballot upon the resolution to bond the district. Moved and suported that the district board be authorised to certify to be raised in the taxes this year such sum as in excess of the amount received from the bonds to be issues as may be necessary if any more is needed to complete the building according to the plans adopted and to furnish the same - carried.
