CAPTION:  Delmar Conley, who had been a teacher in Rogers City for 12 years, was selected to replace Herman
Haneckow as high school principal.  Haneckow accepted a position in the Oscoda school system.  This front-page
story appeared in the Advance 50 years ago this week.
