CAPTION: Two years ago this week, Greg Diller was re-elected president of the Rogers 
City Chamber of Commerce.  He returned for a second year as president.  At the meeting, 
board members approved spending $500 to cover half of the costs of a new parade float
for use of the Nautical City queen and court.
