This week's photo was taken from the intersection of State Street, Washington Avenue and Maple Street, looking east. Some of our readers called this location the "Turn Around."
On the right side is the Chevrolet-Buick Dealership. They sold Red Crown Gasoline.
The next two-story building is Manning's Grocery Store. The bottom part of this building is now the Purple Flamingo.
The next building is the Northern Auto Ford Company. They sold White Star Gasoline and Star Line Motor Oil. They were the authorized dealers for Fords, Lincolns and Fordson tractors.
