CAPTION: Some very well-known people in Rogers city were arrested and incarcerated, Dec. 5 and 6, 1988. They were held in a cell with telephone jacks to telephone friends, relatives, or strangers to try to raise funds totaling the amount of their bail set by magistrate Helen Berg. It was part of the March of Dimes nationwide jail and bail fundraiser. Above, Mike Eustice was awaiting his release. Also pictured are Berg (left) and Pat Gallagher.
