CAPTION: Lila McArthur has been stitching together clothes for more than 25 years. Here, the shop steward at Pendora Sports Wear Company, trims pieces for another jacket in 1979 while owner Pendora Reisner looks on. Easter ads from businesses such as Swede's, Tim's Auto Parts, Brown's Market in Millersburg, Schell Auto Center and Albert Ellenberger Lumber Company filled the Onaway Outlook. In Onaway sports' news, Onaway High School senior Craig Moser broke the 1969 high jump record of 5'11 3/4". He cleared the bar at 6' 1". And president of the Onaway Area Search and Rescue CB Club, Sylvan Grove, presented more than $700 worth of donated emergency equipment to the Presque Isle County sheriff Duane Badder. The equipment included snowshoes, rope and a new CB.
