Snow King and Queen Elected at Onaway High School...and...Roger LaFave Wins Big Buck Contest From Presque Isle County Advance and Onaway Outlook December 7, 2017

  
CAPTION: Snow King and snow queen were elected at Onaway High School.  Winners
were to be announced at the dance following the basketball game with Cheboygan
Catholic. King and queen candidates were, from left, Shelly Freel, Sally Hart
and Julie MacGregor, back, Mike Decker, Kurt Brown, Mike Brege and Henry Swann.
Candidate Kathy Palmer was not present for the picture. In other Onaway News, 
winner of the big buck contest at Dan's Sport Shop was Roger LaFave whose 
eight-pointer had a 16 3/4 inch antler spread.  Roger won a Winchester Model 94
30-30.
