CAPTION: There has been a question that has lingered in the county for more
than six decades.  Should the Presque Isle County Courthouse building be
rebuilt or restored.  Ten years ago, the roof was leaking and ceiling panels
were falling.   Some commissioners were hopeful that federal money would
be available for shovel-ready projects like the courthouse. It's not
difficult to see how that worked out.  Time marches on.
