CAPTION: Quade Anthony Kimball born July 31, 1978, was the biggest baby ever born at Russell Memorial Hospital. Wieghing 11 pounds, 9 1/4 ounces, he was 22 1/2 inches in length. His mother, Sue Kimball, commented that the scouts for the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions had not contacted her yet. In other Onaway news, Harold Bauman of Onaway was appointed the new building and zoning official by the Presque Isle county Board of Commissioners following an executive session and eight votes. The 45-year-old owner of Bauman Sign Company was to start his duties the following Monday with a salary of $12,000 a year...Lorenzo's Restaurant and Pizza Lounge was advertising hot weather food favorites including beef tip shish kabob for $4.95 and prime rib for $5.95.
