1991 - Rogers City Hurons Win Playoff Berth From Presque Isle County Advance and Onaway Outlook Novembr 4, 2021

  
CAPTION: Thirty years ago, the Hurons' football team was in need of a win to
qualify for the playoffs.  The swarming Rogers City defenders were Elmer Schleben, 
Mike Sobeck, Nick Cicero and Nathan McGlone.  The Hurons were going to play
Charlevoix, who was considered a formidable foe, but head coach Bob Brietzke
and company got the win, 47-30 and earned a ticket to Munising to meet up 
with Ontonagon.
