CAPTION: The St. George award, the highest honor presented to adults in Boy Scouting
by the Catholic Church, was bestowed upon Rogers City's John Palacios at St. Ignatius
Catholic Church.  On hand 30 years ago this week were Palacios' wife, Mary Ann, and
