Moran's "Liberty's Torch" Moves to Rogers City From Presque Isle County Advance and Onaway Outlook Nov. 12, 2015

  

  
CAPTION:  Liberty's Torch made it  to the shores of Lake Huron 10 years ago this week.  It arrived from
Moran Iron Works in Onaway as a donation from Tom Moran and was delivered to Rogers City's Department of 
Public Works.  There it was prepared for display at Lakeside Park.  A pictorial showed the work that went 
into getting it ready.  The metal sculpture can be seen by anyone looking east on Erie Street.
