SHERMAN and Jane WHITTAKER who came to MI fro NY Another family member on
husband tree is Hamilton Vane PATTERSON, SR. b. 1892 in Caro, MI d. 1947

County, Michigan and died July 1953 in Bad Axe, Huron County, Michigan;
married in Michigan to Margaret MCLEOD born 19 December ????. Their children
were: Doris (adopted name possibly Cubbernus); Dwight David died at the age
of 17; James; Diane (adopted name Cubbernus) died in Detroit, Michigan;
George (adopted name Cubbernus); Michael (adopted name Franco); and Mary
(1941-1991). Any information on the Baslock or McLeod ancestors would be

- I am trying to find a trace of my ancestor, Andrew DITTENBIR who came to
the U.S. in 1898 (via N.Y.,I believe) from the German village of Kukkus in
Russia. Most of Andrew's sisters & brothers settled in California & very
little is known about Andrew. At this point in my search I am interested in
any leads about any DITTENBIRs in MI.

- I am looking for information on the LOREE and WILLIAMS families. George
Loree married Lucinda LYONS. They had a daughter named Elizabeth E. Loree
born abt. Dec. 1849 died June 1900. Elizabeth married Henry A. Williams abt.
1865. Henry and Elizabeth had 5 children named Mary abt. 1867, Joseph H.
abt. 1869, Georgre, Almeda abt. 1878 and Andrew 1881. Any information on the

- I am looking for information on my fathers faimly. He was born march 26
1932 in michigan.His fathers name was Ruthorford Genette FLETCHER he died of
pneumonia sometime between 1932-1938 my grandmother was Ethel Marion( MCCOY)
FLETCHER she married a few more times after.my father had a brother named
Charles FLETCHER who died while he was in the Navy of a heart attack my
father also was in the Navy. Any information you could give me to help my
search would be helpful

- Looking for information on Henry STOLL he was married to Bernice COLE
they lived in Eckerman Michigan. Family may have come from Germany through
Canada then into the Upper Pennisula. They lived in Eckerman back in 1964.
Henry had already passed away by then, Bernice had moved to Lower Michigan
with sons Raymond,Wesley, Lawerance, Harold, Norman and Kenneth. Daughters
Katherine Bonneau and Alice Midwagon.

- I have an ancestress Caroline NOTTEN MEYER born in Franciscoville,
Michigan in 1841, married there in 1860. Her son Frederick MEYER Jr. was
born there in 1870. I have not been able to locate Franciscoville on any
Michigan map, and the Geographic Names Information System has never heard of
it either. Does anyone know what county this town was in, or what it might
have changed its name to?
