- MAY,
POND posted by
Terry (May) Perham on
Sunday, August 23, 1998
- MAY, Simeon S., born 31 May 1854 in Wardsboro, Windham County, VT., one
of eight children born to Sylvester and Mary (POND) May. Married in
Brattleboro, Windham County, VT, 23 May, 1880 Nellie Arling, both residents
of Northfield, Franklin County, MA. The Windham County Gazateer, by Child
has a sort paragraph on Simeon's father. In this paragraph he mentions son,
Simeon MAY of Granville, Michigan. Simeon would have been my grandfather's
uncle. I lost complete track of him after his marriage until I found the
gazateer. If anyone has any information on Simeon May please contact me.
