Saint's Cemetery is in Section
33 Lee Township at the bank of the church camp ground. It is a small yard with many unmarked graves. The stones are widley separated and several were very hard to read. Inscriptions copied August 24th 1962 by (Mrs. C.A.) Ruth Robbin Monteith. |

Daniel Warner was born in Ohio. He became a revivalist, preaching in many places. He established this Church of God camp ground, which was, at first, located at Bangor in Van Buren County. Later it was moved to it's present setting on the shores of lovely Little Lester Lake on 55th street, Lee Township, Allegan County, Camp meeting are still held there, with quite a few cottages, central auditorium and picnic grounds where outsiders are welcome. |
