An historic photo of Dowagiac's Volunteer Fire Department
Floyd William Casey (my great-grandfather) is the eleventh person from the 
left.  I estimate the date to be between 1890 and 1900.  Floyd was born 1871, 
and looks to be 20-30 years old in the photo.
