FRANK PEABODY

Frank Peabody died at his home in Grand Ledge Saturday. He was born in
Sebewa township, December 26, 1870, the son of Mr. and Mrs Jason Peabody.
He was married to Miss Myrtie Meyers and they lived here for a time and
then went to North Dakota where they remained a number of years. They returned
to Michigan about 10 years ago and settled at Grand Ledge. Besides the
widow, he is survived by an adopted son Lawrence; a nephew and niece, George
and Opal Koss who resided at the Peabody home; two brothers, Claud of Toledo
and Jason of North Dakota; also other relatives. The funeral was held at
the Mapes funeral home in Sunfield, Monday, Rev. Maguire officiating. Interment
in the Sunfield cemetery.
