Michalski June 20, 1943 – June 7, 1997 Kenneth F. Michalski, 53, of Parisville, died Saturday evening, June 7, 1997, at Harbor Beach Community Hospital after a short illness. He was born June 20, 1943 in Bad Axe, son of Margaret (Glaza) Chinoski and the late Clarence Michalski. He married Mildred Lamke on October 26, 1963, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Parisville. He was a 1961 graduate of Ubly High School. He farmed and worked for Chinoski Construction, retiring in 1994. He was a lifelong parishioner of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Surviving are his wife, Mildred, of Parisville; his mother and step-father, Margaret and Ambrose Chinoski of Parisville; three step-brothers, Harvey Chinoski and his wife Beatrice, of New Baltimore, James Chinoski and his wife, Georgiann, of Ubly, Herbert Chinoski and his wife Janice, of Rochester; a step- sister, Beverly McCarty and her husband, William of Rochester; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a future date. Burial of remains will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly.
