Victoria (Klama) Moy 
January 10, 1877 - February 7, 1952
Mrs. Victoria Moy, 75, widow of Joseph Moy and former resident of this vicinity, 
died today in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leo Ziskie, in Detroit.  Born 
January 19, 1877, in Paris Township, Huron County, Mrs. Moy lived there until 
the death of her husband in October, 1934.  She since lived with her children.  
Mrs. Moy is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ziskie and Mrs. Robert Susalla and 
Mrs. George Wruble, both of Harbor Beach, 22 grandchildren, 38 great 
grandchildren and a brother, Fred Klama, Ruth.  Mrs. Moy was formerly a member 
of the Ladies Rosary society of St. Mary's Catholic church of Parisville.  
Remanis will be removed today to the Edward Zinger and Son funeral home in Ubly.

Harbor Beach, Feb. 8 - Funeral services for Mrs. Victoria Moy, 75, widow of 
Joseph Moy and former resident of this vicinity, will be held at 9:30 a.m. 
Monday in St Mary's Catholic church in Parisville.  Rev. Michael J. Kujawa will 
officiate.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Remains were removed today 
from Edward Zinger and Son funeral home in Ubly, to the home of Mrs. Moy's 
daughter, Mrs. George Wrubel, in Harbor Beach.  Rosary devotions will be 
conducted at 8 p.m. Monday in the Wrubel home by Rev. James J. Marvin, pastor of 
Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic church, Harbor Beach. Mrs. Moy died Thursday in 
the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leo Ziskie, Detroit.   Published Port Huron Times

Notes:  The Michigan Death Index shows her birth date as January 10th, not 
January 19th.  Parents:  John and Mary (Dziuk) Klama.  Married Joseph Moy July 
16, 1894 in Parisville.  Surviving daughters:  Anna Susalla, Gertrude Ziskie and 
Cecelia Wruble.  Deceased children:  Martha (Moy) Pawlowski Gwisdalla, Frank 
(1898-1898), Henry (1900-1900), Anna (1901-1989), Joseph Jr. (1905-1934) 
(Gertrude’s twin brother).
