                                  1852 - 1932

William Mylad Updyke son of James Updyke and Rebecca Benner was born on 
October 4, 1852 in Pennsylvania USA. He died on November 13, 1932 in Dansville, 
Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery in Dansville, Ingham, 
Michigan USA with no visible marker for his grave. He married Mary Jane 
"Jennie" Bishop in 1873 and they had six children: Otis Myron(Deletha Dayton),
Alonzo Louis "Lon"(Lilly I. Wilson)(Mary Iva Shafer), James H, Roy Eugene 
(Eva Myrtle Nims)(Louisa Myrtle Franz), William E.(Leona Mary Stanfield) and
Winifred "Winnie" M. Updyke (Andrew Scofield Briggs)(Edward Wolfgang Scherzer).
