Ruth Lucile "Swihart" Walker daughter of Franklin "Francis" Marion Swihart and 
Margaret Dell Wheeler was born on September 10, 1896 in West Manchester, Preble, 
Ohio USA. She died on February 27, 1973 in Hillsdale, Hillsdale, Michigan USA and 
buried at Fairview Cemetery in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. She was first 
married to Arthur Washington Chase on April 1, 1918 in Hillsdale, Hillsdale, 
Michigan USA by George S. Seiple, Minister with witnesses Mrs. G. S. Seiple and 
Mrs. S. H. Sayles. She remarried to Verner Wells Walker on June 23, 1937 in 
Angola, Steuben, Indiana USA by Rev. E. E. Wood witnessed by Rolland J. Weaver, 
Steuben County Circuit Court Clerk.
