Belding Banner-News, 26 Nov 1964

Bert Antcliff, 73, died unexpectedly Thursday.  He lived at 609 S. Bridge St. 
Born in Otisco township, Ionia county, May 7, 1891, Mr. Antcliff lived most of
his life in Belding.  He was a retired machinist from Redland Co., and was named
Modern Woodman of America in 1910.  His wife, the former Maude Best, preceded
him in death in 1958.

He is survived by one son, Theodore of Corunna; one brother, Jim Antcliff of
Belding; one grandson.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Huffman Funeral Home with the
Rev. Ralph Dean, pastor of Central Methodist church, officiating.  Burial was in
Green cemetery.  Pallbearers were Robert Jewell, Raymond Furman, Donald
Bannister, Ray McNaughton, Jack Antcliff and Cecil Antcliff.
