Excerpts from Belding Obituary

Scott Alan Barber

Died Monday, July 6, 2026-age 60 of Belding, MI.
Born January 22, 1966 in Ionia, son of Del Wheaton and Ida Blew.
Scott attended Ionia High School & spent 5 years working for Industrial 
Engineering Services,Where he enjoyed the work & the friendships.
Scott loved to make people laugh with a good prank.
He enjoyed golfing, watching dirt tract racing, & had a lifelong love for his 
1984 red GMC pickup truck.
He loved animals, especially his two dogs, & enjoyed watching the birds & 
rabbits that visited his yard.
He cherished the people he loved. His kindness, humor & caring for others, will 
be remembered by everyone who knew him.Scott is survived by his loving wife, 
Jessica Barber, children, Alvin & Olivia Jasin; brothers, Christopher Higgins, 
Rick Barber & Ryan Fox.Preceded in death by his parents & sister, Delene Cramer.
According to Scott's wishes, cremation has taken place.
