The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, January 26, 1985

Elizabeth A. Barnes, 66, of 10935 Round Lake Drive, Mecosta, died Thursday in 
Houston, Texas.  She was born September 23, 1918, in Sidney, and was a member 
of the First Baptist Church of Belding and Doric Chapter 75 Order of the 
Eastern Star.

Surviving are husband; Robert of Mecosta; one daughter, Mrs. Fred (Shirley) 
Dreger of Houston, Texas; two sons; Robert of Allendale and James of Ionia; 
three sisters, two bothers; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral and committal services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. from the 
Huffman Funeral Home in Belding with Rev. Chester Tanase officiating.  Burial 
will be in Rest Haven Gardens.  The family will be at the funeral home on 
Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m.
