          VERA MAY BEAN  1942 - 2017
   Vera May Bean, age 75 of Newaygo, MI formerly of Ionia, MI went to be with our
father in heaven on July 6, 2017.  She was born Feb. 11, 1942 on the family farm in 
Sears, MI the daughter of Martin and Doris (Struble) Colberg.  She married Paul Lee 
Ehl on Aug. 29, 1959.  She had two children, Teresa May and Paul Lee Jr. Vera later 
married Orville Bean on March 2010.  She was employed at Chrysler in Lyons for 17 
1/2 years and was a private nurse in the area for 25 years.
   Vera is survived by her Husband, Orville Bean of Newaygo; Children, Teresa May
(Rod) Senneker of Alto, Paul Lee (Karen) Ehl Jr. of Sears; Step-children, Wayne (Jody) 
Bean of Six Lakes, David (Sherie) Bean of Lakeview, Carl (Jennie) Bean of Six Lakes, 
Todd (Patty) Bennett of Illinois,; Grandchildren, Janay (Sean) Mack of Grand Rapids, 
Marlee (Brendon) Woolley of Montana; 3 Great Grandchildren: 8 Step-Grandchildren; 6 Step 
Great Grandchildren; Brothers and Sister-in-laws; Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.  She
was preceded in death by her Parents; Grandson, Benjamin Joseph Murphy; Sister, Iva 
Singer.
   She will be missed by all who knew her.
   Funeral services for Vera will be Tuesday, July 11 at 1 p.m. at the Lake Funeral
Home in Ionia with Pastor Curt Chaffey officiating.  Interment Easton Cemetery.  
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  Those wishing 
may make memorial contributions to Love Incorporated-Newaygo, MI.
