Hasting's Reminder - Sat. September 26, 2026

RUSSELL WILLIAM BURDORF Jr., age 67, of Nashville, MI passed away on September 
3, 2026.
He was born in New Orleans to Patsy O'Connor and Russell Burdorf Sr.. Russell 
married Lori Jenkins September 23, 2005.
Russell had two sons, Russell Burdorf III and Ryan Burdorf and also two 
stepsons, James Jenkins and Steven Ruthruff and stepdaughter, Tia Treadwill.
Russell was the #1 papa. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids He loved 
them all with all his heart.
Russell loved going to car rides checking out damages from storms and going on 
vacations. He loved watching football and NASCAR. His favorite team was the 
Saints. He also enjoyed watching criminal shows with Angie.
Russell is survived by his wife, Lori; his sons, Russell, Ryan, James (Angie), 
Steven and stepdaughter, Tia. Also many nieces and  nephews; grandkids, Makayla, 
Sophie, Paisley, Rylynn, Jordyn, Noah, Aubrey, Gavin, Aubrie-Ann, Sarah, Jaxson, 
Nezaeh and Vivian. Also his dog buddy and good friends,Tim Roscoe and Brenda 
Hoffman; his sister, Helen (Fernando),Penny (Jim) and brother, Mike.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Patsy and Russell and brothers, 
Randy and Rick and good friend, Bubba.
A celebration of life is set for October 10, 2026 from 1-4 p.m. at Thornapple 
Lake Estates int he banquet hall.
