Harvey G. Dickerson, 65, of 630 Long Lake Road, Orleans, died Thursday, October
1, at Sheridan Community Hospital.  He was born July 15, 1922, in Stanton, the
son of John and Amanda (Lewis) Dickerson.  He was married to Beulah I. Foster on
April 16, 1941, in Wheeler.

He was preceded in death by one son, Harvey Dickerson Jr., in 1969.  Survivors
include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Dan (Verlamae) Williams of Sheridan and
Harlene Sheneman of Grand Rapids; one sister, Dorothy Robinson of Edgewater,
Fla.; two half-sisters, Isabelle Mangus of Sheridan and Betty Bagwell of Port
St. Lucie, Fla.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, at 2 p.m., at the Stebbins and Simpson
Funeral Home in Sheridan, with Wayne Beard officiating.  Burial will follow in
Evergreen Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of
services.
