Ionia Sentinel Standard, 8 Aug 1988

H.R. Elliott, 75, of Lansing, former Ionia resident, died Aug. 5 in Lansing.  He
was born March 10, 1913, in Ionia, and had been a Lansing resident since 1950. 
He was employed by AMF Voit Rubber Co., VanderVoort Sporting Goods, and earlier,
by Hiler’s of Ionia.

Surviving are his wife Marilyn; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Bannerman of Danville;
two sons, James R. Elliott of Mason and William R. Elliott of Olivet; and four
grandchildren.

No funeral services or visitation will be held.  Memorials are suggested for
charity of choice.  Arrangements were made by Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home,
Lansing.
