Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 3 Sep 1963

Mrs. Luella Erridge, 84, died Monday evening at 9:15 at her home at 1067 West 
Main street.  She had been ill since April 15.

She was born in Montcalm county December 18, 1878.  For the past 56? years she 
had lived in Ionia and Ionia county and the last nine years at the present 
residence.  She was the daughter of Edward and Jennie Stedman.

In 1903 she was married to William Erridge who died in March 1954.

Mrs. Erridge was a member of First Christian church and CWF and Bethany circle 
of the church.  She was a life member of Minnie Howard club.

Surviving are a sister Mrs. Mabel Eddy and a niece Helen Eddy of Ionia and a 
nephew Carlyle Erridge of Stanton.

Funeral services will be at Boynton funeral home, at 2 o’clock Thursday 
afternoon with the Rev. Floyd Emshwiller, of First Christian church 
officiating.  Burial will be at Balcom cemetery.
