Excerpts from Belding Obituary

COLLEEN HANSEN

Died July 16, 2026-age 73 at Ocean Springs, Mississippi. after a battle with 
Alzheimer's disease.
Born November 3, 1952 in Belding, MI, daughter of Regina & Joseph ALbert.
Colleen devoted her career to education, beginning as a teacher at Nativity of 
the Blessed Virgin Mary. Later at special education teaching children with 
severe disabilities in the Biloxi Public Schools.Retiring in 2016.
Survived by her children,Gretchen Falgo (Vince Falgo), Mathew Hansen, and Andrew 
Hansen; her grandchildren,Emily Brann-Flint (David Flint), Jacob Brann 
(Elizabeth Brann), Aaron Cater, Camron Hansen, Kaiah Hansen, Oliver Sigler, & 
Vivian Sigler; great-grandchildren, Amelia Brann, Sadie Flint & Everleigh Brann.
Colleen will be missed by her many friends, most importantly John Hansen, Denny
Woodruff, Ernie & Diane Falgo.
Preceded in death by her parents,Regina & Joseph Albert, Siblings: Denny, Gail & 
Julie Albert, & granddaughter, Emily Brann-Flint.
Her Legacy lives on in the many student she inspired, the many families she 
touched with her kindness & dedication.
The family would like to thank Southern Magnolia Manor's team for their loving 
care & Arden Hospice and Chaplain Craig for their support over this last years.
Burial services will be in Waupun, Wisconsin at a later date, by her parents.
