HERBRUCK

Gail (Schueder) Herbruck of Saranac, Michigan passed away peacefully the evening 
of March 22, 2022 with family by her side in Florida. Gail was born to George 
and Lucille Schueder on may 18, 1951 in Detroit,Michigan. She spent her early 
years in Dearborn before the family moved to Northville, Michigan where she 
graduated in 1969, In the 1970's Gail moved to Saranac and fell in love with the 
close-knit community.

Throughout her professional career she focused on accounting and human resources 
at both Herbruck's Poultry Ranch and Shadow Ridge Golf Course.

Gail enjoyed reading, puzzles, eating Mexican food, travel and spending time 
with much loved family and friend.All who knew her would speak of her kind, 
thoughtful nature.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Herbruck; daughter Amy (Mike Schoenborn) 
Herbruck; mother-in-law,Marilyn (Ron Hall)  Herbruck; brother-in-law, Bill 
Schumacher Sr; brother and sister-in-law: Stephen and Karen Herbruck, Melanie 
and Elliot Jones, Greg and Heidi Herbruck and Herb and Sheri Herbruck. Gail is 
also survived by beloved nieces and nephews; Sue and Tim Heffner, Bill 
Schumacher Jr., Jeff Schumacher, Stephanie and Norm Rivers, Sarah and Jason 
Emerson, Jeremy Sherwood Elliot Jones Jr., Vince Herbruck, Brennen and Divine 
Herbruck, Kirstin and PJ Lakla, Emily and Tyler Beute, Cody and Haley Herbruck 
and Jake and Ellyssa Herbruck.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lucille Schueder, sister 
Lynn Schumacher and father-in-law, Harry Herbruck Jr..

Funeral service will be held at Lake Funeral Home, 3521 S.State Rd.,Ionia, on 
Friday, April 1st, 11:00 AM with Pastor Nancy Patera officiating. Interment at 
Saranac Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 31st from 4-7 PM at the 
funeral home and Friday 1 hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow 
services at 12:30 p.m. at Shadow Ridge Golf course, 1244 Kelsey Hwy., Ionia, MI 
48846.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Ionia Habitat for 
Humanity.
