Lake Odessa Wave-Times November 28, 1913

                                 OBITUARY
Charles Hinderleider was born in Niagara, Co., New York, January 14, 1839 and 
died at Odessa Center November 14, 1913, being at his death 74 years 10 months 
of age.

At the age of twenty-five he moved to Orange, Ionia county, afterward to
Berlin where he lived until 1893 when he moved to Odessa, where he resided at 
the time of his death.

In 1864 he enlisted in the New 3rd Michigan Infantry and served until the close 
of the war.

He leaves to mourn their loss one brother and three sisters, a large number of 
nieces and  nephews and a host of friends.

The funeral services were held at the home of his brother, Henry, at Odessa 
center where he died, and was conducted b Elder I.A. Mourer and burial was in 
Lakeside Cemetery.

and burial of our beloved brother and uncle, Charles Hinderleider, also for the
