VICKIE L. HUHN

Died June 29, 2026-age 73 of Portland.
Vickie was a life member & former President of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She was obsessed with shoes & perfume.
Preceded in death by her parents, Fred & Maryis Proctor, her brother, Fred 
Proctor Jr. & infant son, Steven Fandel.
Survived by her husband of 44 years, Kenneth; her children, Stacy (Jon) Carl, 
Craig Fandel, Geoffrey Huhn, Kenneth (Wendy Magee) Huhn Jr., Beck(Vern) Vasquez 
and Scott (Brittney) Huhn, her grandchildren; Kaleb(Maryann) Carl, Kollin 
(Kaiylin)Carl, Kheri(Joshua)Malek, Khyle Huhn, Kelsey Mendoza, Olivia Huhn, 
Lauryn Huhn, Maquire (Kyleigh) Huhn, Mason (Maya) Huhn, Gavin Huhn, Landon Huhn, 
Triston Huhn, & Rylan Huhn, her brother, Greg Proctor, her sisters-in-law, Ruth 
Proctor, Marleah (Jim) Quimby & Sharon Goodman; her brot her-in-law, Robert 
Huhn, nephews, Eric Tyler & Josh Proctor; five great-grandchildren & one great-
grandchild on the way.
Celebration of Life & luncheon will be  held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 
2026, at Portland VFW Post #4090.
Memorial contributions may be made to Residential Hospice in Vickie's name.
