Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 Jan 1932

John C. Jessel, 50 a native Ionian died at his home 322 Bingham street Lansing,
Tuesday.  Funeral services will be held Friday morning at the Church of
Ressurection, Lansing, at 9:30.  The burial will be in the Mt. Hope cemetery.

Mr. Jessel was born in Ionia and lived here until he took up his residence in
Lansing.  He leaves a widow, Donna B. Jessel; a son, Elvon; a daughter, Ruth
Helen, of Lansing; a brother, P. J. Jessel, of Coronado, Cal.
