          ROY KINCAID DIES FROM CAR ACCIDENT

                               -----------

   Roy Kincaid, 59, died in St. Lawrence hospital, Lansing, a short time after he
was admitted, following a car 
crash shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday.  The accident occurred at the corner of M-43
(on the detour) and the 
Charlotte road west of Grand Ledge, when the truck in which they were riding was in
collision with a car 
driven by a woman whose name was not learned.  She was killed instantly.

   Russell and Lee Hazel, who was driving, were seriously injured, being crushed
through the hips and are in 
the Lansing hospital.

   Mr. Kincaid is survived by his wife Reeta, two daughters, Miss Beatrice Kincaid
in Lansing and Mrs. Vernetta 
Harper at Rives Junction, and a son Douglas in Lansing; a lso a step-daughter Mrs.
BenRetta Johnson in 
Woodland, three step-sons, Donald and Robert Archer inFlint, and Kenneth at
Clarksville.

   Funeral arrangements had not yet been made as we go to press.
