                            OBITUARY

Betsy Lucinda Thompson, was born in Ohio, March 12, 1843. She came with her 
parent to Genessee Co., Mich., early in life.

Dec. 25, 1859 she was united in marriage to James Webster of Flint, Mich., to 
this union were born two children, Ira H. and Juliette, now Mrs.B.M. Estep of 
Lake Odessa, both  of whom were present at the funeral. In the years 1866 she 
was married to Mr.R.A. Knoll and to them one child was born, Eritta, now 
Mrs.Geo.Y.Fletcher of Lake Odessa. About 42 yrs. ago Mrs.Knoll united with the 
Weslyan Methodist church of West Sebewa being one of the charter members of that 
organization, and she lived a faithful christian life until called to that home 
above. She departed this life Saturday, Feb. 10, aged 68 years 10 months and 28 
days.

Mrs.Knoll was a faithful, devoted home loving wife and mother and was in turn 
dearly loved by the husband and children. She is survived by one brother, a 
husband, 3 children, grandchildren and many friends.

The funeral service was held at the home in Sebewa Tuesday conducted by Rev. 
Prestidge and interment was made in the family vault at Lakeside cemetery.
