Lance M. Koelsch, Jr., 13-months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lance Koelsch, Sr., 
of North State road, died Friday morning at Butterworth hospital after being a 
patient three days.  He was born in Carson City September 11, 1974, the son of 
Lance and Karen Hecht Koelsch, Sr.

Besides the parents, he leaves a brother, Eugene, and sister, Tina Marie, both 
at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Koelsch of Harrison, and 
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Erford Hecht of Palo; paternal great 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Koelsch of Standish and Mrs. Amelia Pekrul 
of Sterling, and maternal great grandfather, Clarence O’dett of Greenville.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Johns Lutheran church of Ionia.  
Rev. A. R. Gallert will officiate and interment will be at Easton cemetery.  
Family members will be at the Leddick funeral home Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. 
and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
