Sentinel-Std. - Tuesday, June 20, 1978

SARANAC- Slice G. Lystrup, 85, 234 Mill street, Saranac, died late Monday 
evening at Ionia County Memorial hospital following a short illness.

She was born in Lowell October 8, 1893, the daughter of John and Gertrud Kropf 
Crawford.

She married Harry Lystrup, August 29, 1923 in Lowell and they made their home 
in Ionia until moving to Saranac in 1961.

She was employed at the Ionia County Courthouse for several years as a 
secretary-clerk with the county road commission.

Mrs. Lystrup was a former member of the Ionia American Legion auxiliary. 

Survivors include her husband; several cousins and nieces and nephews.

Services are Thursday at 2 pm from the Leddick funeral home with Rev. James 
Frank of Galilee Baptist church in Saranac officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home Wednesday 
3:30 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm.
