The remains of Charles McCotter, aged 65, who died at his home in Indianapolis, 
Indiana, were brought to this city by Undertaker Bruce Fales, who met them at 
Grand Rapids on Saturday and the burial took place in Otisco cemetery that 
afternoon, with Rev. H.E. Curch officiating at the graveside services.  Mr. 
McCotter was for some time a resident of this section and left here years ago.  
He amassed a fortune and of late years had traveled extensively to all parts of 
the globe and his wide acquaintance and friendship was attested by the more 
than $1200 worth of flowers which accompanied his remains to their last resting 
place.
