Mildred F. Miller, aged 83, of Saranac passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2005 
in Grand Rapids.  She was born December 15, 1921 the daughter of Guy and Nora 
(Iverson) Humphreys.  She married George Miller May 8, 1943 in Wyoming Park, 
MI.  She was a member of Women’s Gold League at Morrison Lake Country Club.

She is survived by her husband George Miller of Saranac; sons Geoff and Ann 
Miller of Tennessee, Mark Miller of Florida; daughters Lynda and Dick Neumann 
of Saranac, Bart (Bam) and Dave Miller of Chelsea; nine grandchildren and seven 
great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by four brothers and two 
sisters.

Funeral services will be on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Saranac Community church 
with Rev. Tammi Biggs and Mr. Bruce Chadwick officiating.  Interment will be in 
Saranac Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday from 
4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Anyone wishing may make 
memorial contributions to Grand Rapids Hospice or Saranac High School.
