RITES HELD FOR CLARENCE PARKER

Clarence A. Parker, 83, of 263 S. Main St., Clarksville passed away Monday 
morning at Provincial House at Hastings where he had been a patient since April 
26.

He was born March 9, 1893 at Mulliken, the son of Rufus and Ella (Hodgman) 
Parker and resided in the Mulliken area where he farmed until retiring in 1950. 
He then moved to the Clarksville area and resided with Mr and Mrs.William 
Piercefield in 1954 on the farm until moving to the village in 1961.

He married Olga Lange May 31, 1918 in Chicago.

Mr. Parker was a member of the Clarksville Wesleyan Church.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Richard and Beverly Dudeck of Portland.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1:30 at the Clarksville Wesleyan Church. 
Rev. Arthur Ruder officiated with burial in the Meadowbrook Cemetery at 
Mulliken. Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel of Clarksville was in charge of 
arrangements.
