Funeral services for Mrs. Essie Reahm, 68, who died at her home in Sunfield, 
Tuesday, were held Friday afternoon at the united Brethren church with the 
Rev. Harold Cherry officiating.  Interment was at Lakeside cemetery at Lake 
Odessa.

Surviving are her husband, Fred; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Hough of Sunfield 
and Mrs. Ida Petrie of Sebewa; three sons, Kendall of Hastings, Merwood of 
Portland and the Rev. Duane Reahm of Grand Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Zella 
Thomas and Mrs. Vera McCartney both of Lake Odessa; three brothers, Dale and 
Clair Figg of Vermontville and Voight Figg of Sunfield; and several 
grandchildren.

She had been a resident of Sebewa until a few years ago when they sold their 
farm and purchased a home in Sunfield.
