Frances O. Richmond, 79, former resident of Grand Ledge, died Saturday, Oct. 1,
1994 in Ionia.  She was born Jan. 28, 1915 in Delta, Ohio.  Mrs. Richmond was a
former practical nurse and a cook for the Lansing Masonic Temple.

She is survived by her husband, Edward R. Richmond Sr.; two sons, Edward (Joyce)
Richmond Jr. of DeWitt and Richard N. (Patricia) Richmond Sr. of Howell; 12
grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her mother
Margaret; one son, S. Dale Richmond; and one brother, Clayton Wheeler.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Peters & Murray Funeral Home,
Grand Ledge.  Pastor Frederick Nose of the DeWitt Community Church will
officiate.  Interment will be at the Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge.
